Donegal Schoolboys 6-0 Inishowen Schoolboys
Donegal ended the group stage with a convincing victory over neighbours Inishowen.
From the off Donegal asserted their dominance with Conor Black latching onto an Adam McCaffrey lofted through ball to fire low past the Inishowen keeper. Stephen Black doubled Donegal's advantage 5 minutes before half time. A through ball from Carlos O'Reilly was met by Stephen Black's left foot before hitting the back of the net.
Instantly Donegal made it 3 when a Jack murphy corner was cleared to Jack McAuley, 35 yards out, who arrowed the ball into the inishowen net. Donegal added a fourth goal early into the second half when the Inishowen keeper was caught in possession by Conor Black who tapped into an empty net. Conor Black completed his hat-trick moments later when he broke away from the Inishowen defence only to be fouled, resulting in a Donegal penalty and an Inishowen red card. Conor Black then stepped up to convert the penalty. Donegal's sixth and final goal came through midfielder Carlos O'Reilly. When a Donegal attack wasn't cleared the ball fell to Carlos, with his back to goal, hooked it over his head and into the net.
Inishowen's keeper produced a string of fantastic saves in the closing 15 minutes to keep the score at 6-0.
