With Keadue Rovers already qualified as group winners and Erne Wanderers unable to qualify from the group this game proved a lot of people wrong and was full of life in the early stages with both teams creating numerous chances and playing some entertaining football. A Wanderers team with many personnel changes from the previous group games took a 1-0 lead into the break after a through ball from Cian McEniff set up Ryan McKenna for a one-on-one with the keeper which he was never gonna lose. Keadue came out in the second half pushing for an equaliser but this proved to be the downfall with Erne catching them out with a quick counter attack and McKenna again scoring making it 2-0 to the home side. Best for Erne were Dan Warnock, deputising in goals, and Ryan McKenna making his first appearance of the season up front. Team effort form Keadue. Referee: Liam Farren.
