Biography

The former Swilly Rovers netminder played in the first all county Donegal Schoolboys squad at the Kennedy Cup in 1999 where he was spotted bay a number of cross channel clubs. Following a number of trails he signed a contract with Leicester City in 2001. He was the regular number 2 at the Walker Stadium and gained valuable game time in the Coco-Cola Cup and loan periods with Boston United, Luton Town, Southport, Bristol Rovers and Rotherham United and helped the Foxes gain promotion to the Barcalays Premier League in 2014. Sustained an injury a year later which resulted in a lengthy lay-off. Was snapped up by Hibernian in the Scottish First Division towards the end of the 2014-15 season and played an important role in their Scottish Cup win. Currently signed with Rochdale in League Two.
